An Hour of Freedom

My body aches and I am loving it. I earned the pain. I paid good money to feel this miserable.

Gold's Gym and I have reunited once again and even though the three year membership cost Ryan and I a pretty penny, oooohhhhh it is worth it.

An hour a day of exercises. An hour a day of free babysitting. An hour a day in my comfy stretchy underpants (oh how I've missed you). An hour a day of sanity.

I need to hit the gym myself! My butt is so flabby - I swear that it jiggles (excessively) when I walk. And, since they don't make a butt bra, I will be headed back to the gym tomorrow morning!

I have found that as much as I resist it, the key to stress management is plenty of sleep and plenty of exercise! So the minute you get those kiddles to bed--try to get some shut eye yourself! It makes such a gigantic difference in my outlook on life.

I'm sort of a late life convert to exercise & I still don't always love it, but I do love how it makes me feel (and look!)

Oh my, you are hilarious! I miss my stretchy underpants as well! I, too, have an expensive relationship with Gold's. You remind me, I need to use it!!

I totally agree! And I must say, I loved going to that class with you. I'm not kidding you, my legs still ache from all those squats! Every time I bent down to use the restroom I felt like I was going to fall over! Love, love, love it though, such a good feeling. Let's see how Mondays class goes:)
